Nabintu Mujambere
Nabintu is the Executive Director and co-founder of the Non-Profit, Future Hope Africa. Inc, with its headquarters in the USA. Since 2008, she has been working on Education and Development projects for the Bukavu community in the DRC. She supervises and organizes the execution of several projects among which, assistance for children in their learning and school homework accomplishment. She is trained to guide and motivate teams to perform at their best and have trained hundreds of people in different areas of knowledge. She manages a center with multiple employees and hundreds of beneficiaries, with the help of volunteers and benefactors, while focusing on quality and innovation in every service they offer, in order to help and encourage the development of a community from within. She loves Africa, but after getting married, now resides in Belgium, that she counts as her second country.
Any projects that link Africa to Europe are a great opportunity to my interest. So, Future Hope Africa and the Sustainable World Corporation working on these projects that would help African Communities thrive, is one of the few reasons why I exist.
Kinja Cishugi Odette
Odette was born in Bukavu and is the 3rd child in a family of 12 children. She graduated in Education from the Institut Supérieur pastoral de la Famille (ISPF- family and Pastoral Institute in Bukavu). After her Master’s she trained in Transformational Leadership and in Facilitative Leadership Development with the Prowess Leadership Institute. She has a passion of business and entrepreneurship and has experience in poultry farming.
She is a facilitator at the homework division at Future Hope Africa and a trainer at the Focus Business School. She is a facilitator of the princess club and the faith strengthening group. After her Master’s she trained in Transformational Leadership and in Facilitator Leadership with SWC. She has a passion for business and entrepreneurship and has experience in poultry business.
Chindja Miruho Josline
Josline is a daughter in a family of six children. She was born in Kaziba, in the South Kivu province of the DRC. She is the mother of 4 boys and loves business. She has a Bachelor’s degree at the Rural Development Institute in Bukavu (ISDR / BUKAVU) where she graduated in Regional Planning in 2009. From 2010 to 2015, she worked for the International Rescue Committee.
From December 2019 to the present day, she has been working as a tutor and program manager at Future hope Africa’s center.
She completed business training at the Focus Business School and in Facilitative Leadership Development with the Prowess Leadership Institute.
FOCUS AREAS
1. Assisting cash-strapped businesses to get self-sustainable through means of micro loans.
2. After school tutoring to help students get through their rigorous exams in order to break the vicious cycle of poverty.
3. Training and empowering entrepreneurs to operate fish drying businesses.
